So what exactly is coaching - what can you expect?

Coaching is a partnership that serves to address any challenges or imbalances in your life. It is entirely led by you - the goals are yours to determine. We can discuss your vision; how you want your life to look and feel, and then create a plan to get there. I will help hold you accountable and offer support along the way as you learn more about yourself and how to sustain the balance you’re working to create.

I offer a range of session lengths, from 15 to 50 minutes, made to fit your needs. I also offer group coaching. We can meet virtually or in person depending on your location. Most clients see me biweekly for six months, at which point we evaluate progress and discuss the best level of support going forward.

In the first session, we start by discussing your health history and what you’d like to get out of our time together; where you feel challenged, areas needing some attention, etc.

I follow HIPAA law so your information will be completely confidential. As far as what you share with me, that is entirely up to you! I am here to support you and hold you accountable in reaching your goals - whatever that looks like for you. I see everyone as a unique individual with their own needs and tailor coaching accordingly. I will offer recommendations if necessary, but this process is as unique as you are. I will meet you where you are at and help you take the next step.
